These apartments are antique florentine working-class houses going back to the Renaissance period, completely restructured. They are located between Florence and Fiesole.

After a short bus trip, one can reach the historical center of Florence and very easily come over to Fiesole and admire the wonderful landscape of Florence from the top of the hill, visit the roman amphitheatre, the spa, the Etruscan excavations, the archaeological museum, rich in discoveries retrieved during excavations and so many others wonders.

All the apartments are furnished and equipped with a self-heating system and have telephone, satellite TV and DVD device, hi-fi system, double windowpanes, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sofa bed in the living room. Some of the apartments also have air conditioning and a bathtub.

The washing machine and laundry dryer are outside of the apartments next to them.

To get from here to the bus stop, line 1A and 21, just cross the street.
Food stores, bar, pharmacy, Internet point and a sport center with several tennis courts, are located a few steps away from the apartments.
